Tulsa Comic Con was a lot of fun! Maybe not three days worth of fun, as it was not as delightfully-excessively-massive as, say, Gen Con. It did have the benefit of getting to see quite a few big-name celebs, which GenCon has been missing recently. But, other than a few fun and interesting panels and Q&A sessions, it was only 1 days worth of fun. I am sure it will be coming again next year, and I will be going for another day when it does so. On the plus side, there were TONS of people in cosplay! I only photographed about 15% of the people I saw in costume. And, I did get to hear some fun stories from James Marsters and William Shatner. On the minus side, everything was WAY too expensive. I thought things were pricy at Gen Con! Oh no! Celebrity autographs were twice what they are at GenCon, and the food at the Tulsa convention center was also about twice as expensive as the food at the Indianapolis Convention Center.
