Tulsa police arrest a man for child abuse. They say five week old baby girl has extensive injuries...bruises, broken ribs, and bleeding brain. Police say babys father, Robert Bragg, admitted causing the injuries, including injuries to her genitals. Baby is in critical condition. Grandfather tells me all they can do right now is pray as doctors give her a 40 percent chance of survival. I will have more at 6.
