Tune in tomorrow night! New WRAL Documentary Examines Domestic Violence in North Carolina “Enough is eNOugh” Airs Thursday, December 18 at 7 p.m. ____________________________________________________________________ RALEIGH, NC – North Carolina has a domestic violence problem that’s not getting better. One in four women has been a victim. More than forty percent of women in the state have experienced rape, physical violence or stalking by a husband or boyfriend. The new WRAL Documentary “Enough is eNOugh” examines the problem of domestic violence in N.C. from the perspectives of both victims and abusers. The documentary, hosted by WRAL News anchor Gerald Owens, airs Thursday, December 18 at 7 p.m. Many abusive relationships share common traits, and many victims face similar challenges when seeking help. “Enough is eNOugh” focuses on one story of domestic violence that shares these commonalities. The program also shows how one North Carolina county is developing and deploying innovative domestic violence prevention initiatives that could serve as a model for other counties and the nation.
