Tunwin Rosalie Little Thunder: Whenever I encounter challenges to my worldview, I feel a need to retreat to my grandparents language. It is the expression of their thinking and highly reflective of their cultural values. There was the science of wacintanka; to discipline behavioral weaknesses. When one went through the process of woableze and wacintanka, the result was woksape; the maturity of wisdom that people should strive for. This processing, depending on each situation, could happen overnight or could take a lifetime. We relied on these concepts, this processing to guard our sense of order, our morality and spirituality. She was wise but humble. What a wonderful and lovely soul she is... ♡
