Turning from our sins is the beginning of our salvation along with believing that God sent His Son for us. There is really no point in repenting if you dont truly believe that Jesus is our access to God. He is the reason why we repent, why we believe, and why we are able to get forgiveness of our sins. I did not make this photo but I do want to share it. Jesus is the key to salvation. All those that believe in Him are able to be redeemed and accepted before the Father. Peter preached the gospel to the Jews on the day of Pentecost. They had crucified the Lord but did not understand that He was actually the risen Messiah/Savior.(Acts 2:32-33 KJV [32] This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. [33] Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. Acts 2:36 KJV [36] Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.) He told them who Jesus was, that He is Lord, that He is exalted, and that He is our access to God. Being that the Jews killed Jesus, they surely believed that they had certain doomed but yet our Savior is amazing. (Acts 2:37 KJV [37] Now when they heard this , they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?) He offered salvation to those that spit in His face, who mocked Him, who crucified Him... Because He is the king of mercy and forgiveness and I myself am a witness of that. Who else could do what He did? Believe in Jesus with all of your heart, repent/turn from your sins, and receive Gods gift into your life.( The Holy Spirit, Life, Peace, Hope...) God is giving you a chance so please accept it. I will leave you with the words of Jesus. John 16:26-27 KJV [26] At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: [27] For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
