Turns out that Microshaft (probably Sony as well) are using whats called SATA 2 for their hard drive interface. So basically, you are better off not bothering to upgrade the internal hard drive b/c USB 3 is slightly faster. Id like to point out that Sata 3 (which is faster than usb 3) came out in 2009 - so idk why the hell they went with Sata 2. To further my point, ALL hard drives bought these days are sata 3, so when you install it into the xbox one, theyll work, but they are instantly slowed way down b/c of the interface. https://youtube/watch?v=X4O6tcow5ZE
