Turns out the dream about the storm was for me. Moments ago I was told Ive been laid off. God has been gracious and merciful enough to me to send me warnings, alerts, heads ups before big crises in my life. Those who know me know that these have come through vivid supernatural dreams or visions and they have always come almost immediately before the crisis. But with that warning has also come an assurance that everything would be all right, that He was in charge. That He was on the throne and would see me and my family through the difficulty and challenge. If you read my earlier post, you know that my dream two nights ago, of the impending frightening storm, also came with such an assurance. He promised that while the storm looked awful and imposing and devastating, it would not harm me or my family. He promised that he would quell the storm, as he did on the Sea of Galillee before it could do any damage. I trust in His Promise and His Mercy and Grace and Assurance. As Job said The Lord Giveth and Taketh away. Blessed be the name of the Lord!
