Tweaked my diet a bit last week. Added more fats and raised my calories to close to 2000 cals. Seeing good results and getting tighter. Whats my point? Well, alot of people think that to lose weight you need to restrict and drop your calorie intake to a sick low level. You can but youll most likely drop muscle. I work hard for my precious muscles. I dont want to lose any of it. If you dont know how to do this think of getting a coach. My coach is awesome! With that being said..cardio is done. Now its time to hit the gym and train chest and back with the champ.
