Samantha, your office associate was so delightful and knowledgeable. Everything she said she was going to do actually happened as she said, which is rare these days. The moving team of James, Lance, and Jairus arrived ahead of time and immediately listened to my instructions and got to work all the while taking special care to handle a lot of my heaviest, priceless pieces as if they were their own.
