Two White IPAs crafted by Beancurdturtle Brewing LLC. • One a straight up WIPA, for Mateo & Bernabé & Friends. Crafted while on the road in Brussels, from available inventory at a brewery I would be at in a few days. Its a good beer - but I can impreve it, and I know how. • The other, a White Juniper IPA for Cerveses La Gardènia (brewers of Rosita Cervesa Artesanal). Gin like aromatics, layered over tropical fruit characters, spicy clean malts, restrained creamy yeast esters. Very unique, and quite a surprising ride.
