Two cops killed defusing bomb in Jamal Abad Swabi SWABI: Two cops of the bomb disposal unit (BDU) were killed when the bomb they were defusing went off here on Monday, police said. They said Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Alamgir Shah along with other BDU members rushed to the site after the locals informed the police about a bomb planted at the gate of Government Middle School, Jamalabad. The police said BDU officials tried to defuse the explosive, but it exploded, killing the ASI and a constable on the spot. The name of the constable couldn’t be known.Later, four more bombs were also found at different points placed at the school building. However, the BDU members defused all of them successfully.
