Two different types of the businesses and absolutely two different customer experience!!! 1. Crutchfield - the best tech/customer support I ever had in US along ANY kind of businesses, Banks, Dell, Sony, Apple, you name it. People at Crutchfield know what they are doing, respectful, all speak English, have page ID and actually looking with you at the website. Just mind blowing support and takes just a moment to resolve ay problem! 2. TheTollRoads - bunch of idiots I guess... No phone support! Are you kidding me!?!? You are charging me 2-5 bucks every time I drive thru your roads, twice (if I go to and from) and you dont have single person to answer my god damn call!?!? Due high call volume, nobody can answer your call Shit!
