Two issues here (in this country), race and unchecked police aggression... Not a direct quote, but how do we deal with these issues? Many of you will use the tired excuse of if he wasnt doing anything wrong he had nothing to worry about showing his ID. It is the principal that matters here. Like the reporters said, I personally know a few cops, and they are great people and role models, but overall this is getting outrageous, and it is nothing new. The only thing new is the media being able to get it readily to put them in blast. Black peoples and other minorities have been feeling and seeing this treatment for hundreds of years more regularly than even the poorest of white people. It is slowly getting better, but slowly is not fast enough. Something better give before this country breaks out in another series of race riots like the 60s.
