Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to do a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I felt I was worn-out. I am not the one who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but run. Every morning when I woke up I felt all my willpower was exhausted. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the outcome wasn’t obvious.
