Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was worn-out. I am not the guy who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my might was used up. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the outcome wasn’t distinct. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an easy, commodious and valid technique which I have used.
