Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was worn-out. I am not the person who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my strength was run out. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the consuquence wasn’t obvious. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will introduce you an simple, convenient and valid method which I have used.
