Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was worn-out. I am not the guy who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got out of bed I thought all my perseverance was run out. I did this grievous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t distinct. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will introduce you an simple, convenient and valid technique which I have used.
