Two weeks ago I posted that I was going to Philmont Boy Scout Ranch in New Mexico for a trek with my 14 year old son and other scouts. I have returned alive. I will be posting some pictures in the next couple of days. I only took about 750 Pictures. I have a new appreciation for things including: flush toilets, walking ten feet at a time without collapsing for lack of oxygen, flush toilets, fresh fruit, chairs, a shower, flush toilets, hot food, hot water, hot coffee in the morning, cold beer, did I mention flush toilets ? I am glad I did it - but never again ! I lost another 5 pounds - A year and a half ago I was 250 pounds. In January I was 240. Three weeks ago I was 235. This morning I weighed in at 225. It is good to be alive !!!!!
