TwoMillion Bikers is looking for the following people to join in these events 1. State representatives from every state a. Support groups from every state 2. Planners for accommodations and route planning 3. Media support in every state to create contact lists and contact media prior to events in that state or for nationwide events. Also need a media support staff to photograph and video record events. 4. Event planners for Elections, state & national holidays or days of remembrance. Skills might include be an event planner, or host or hostess for large reception events & parties or reunions. Will contact various local or national facilities to arrange for potential areas to hold large gatherings, works with sponsors and vendors and setup and take down crews on a local and national level to ensure work done is what is expected. 5. Planners who can make initial contact with local, state and national Biker clubs and get the backing of these clubs. a. Also need advertising space in these clubs on web sites, flyers, email blasts. 6. Need a sharp media person who is good with words and can get the point over so it will have the most impact to all listeners. 7. Need a Photoshop person who can do graphics for us! Must have own computer and software. 8. Need a I/T organizer to plan & organize all I/T related things using free public domain tools, while keeping data secure & protected from being removed, copied or stolen. 9. Need group of support people for our new State-by-State forum we are building, these moderators will need to meet online on a regular basis, create online plans that can keep the momentum going forward while keeping the user community of the forum updated with current events in all states that are in-line with our national goals and mission. 10. Need I/T person to help redesign web site! We need something that will attract people, keep them involved, keep them interested in partaking in all our events while being simple and easy for all us older folks to use and be accessible from Mobile devices to post photos of events online! Create online forms for user registration of events. Create regular or as needed newsletters with links, graphics and text and send to OUR mailing list only. Maintain Bikers Mailing list and create rules of use for it. 11. Need staffs for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other social network sites to keep them updated on behalf of the org. 12. Need a handful of National leaders to do regular speaking engagements at these events, for one person to do this around the country is asking just too much. We need our media group to develop a sound, simple script with “OUR TALKING POINTS & OBJECTIVES” that WE want to get across to the viewers & listeners. These national leaders need to be able to travel to the local events that we schedule and make short concise speeches and then talk with the Media if needed to push the current message we want told. 13. Need online Store support group who can locate or create new products for the events accordingly and put them on the store web site for sale. 14. Need a good accountant who can help us work with the numbers to make sure we meet our financial support commitment for every event, help us with any special tax representation we may need and business startup information. 15. Need a good small business lawyer to help define and create the business plan along with the national leaders and to ensure our liability covers our events and staff as best we can with limited funding from the sales of online products. Provide legal services for the small business on a small fee basis or as a in-kind donation of time. 16. Need 5-7 people on a National level to plan for the upcoming years events and create plans to execute the plans.
