Tyrone Crawford (knee) feeling better, on schedule to return after bye week IRVING – Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford says he’s on schedule to play against the New York Giants on Nov. 23. Crawford sprained the medial collateral ligament in his right knee during the Cowboys’ 28-17 loss to Arizona on Nov. 2. He did not play Sunday in London. “It’s all right,” Crawford said Thursday. “I’m feeling a lot better. Me and [associate athletic trainer Britt Brown] have been working, doing different things rehab-wise to strengthen it, so it’s feeling good.” Crawford’s goal is to improve his lateral movement, something he’ll be working on at the team’s Valley Ranch practice facility during their bye week. “This is the greatest time for the bye week to come,” Crawford said, “for me at least.” Crawford said missing Sunday’s 31-17 win against Jacksonville was particularly difficult for him because he saw it as an opportunity to have a big game. Dallas recorded a season-high four sacks in London. “It was extremely hard, especially that one,” Crawford said. “I felt like the D-line was going to have a good game, which we did.”
