Pura Fé and Jennifer have finally done it – mostly for the Carolina and Virginia Indians who know who Walter Ashby Plecker is and know about the one drop rule [for more on the rule click on the wiki link we provided in the videos You Tube description]. Check out their comedy as they spoof the paper genocide attempted by Plecker. This tactic to erase NDNs and their histories is being used today against some tribes in NC and VA.
