There is a returning villain (with a twist), quite big character revelations, Roy is now (properly) the Red Arrow (it gives the show a Batman & Robin feel, in a non Joel Schumacher, good way), and there is a surprise.......something in the episodes closing moments. Arrow to me proves that the DC Universe is going from strength to strength on television. The writing, acting and pretty much everything else puts a certain television Marvel effort well into the shade.
