U.P. govt. and Muzaffar Nagar riots *************************************** After the damning indictment by Supreme Court about the criminal negligence for Muzaffar Nagar communal violence, the Akhlesh Yadav government in U.P. has lost all the legal and moral justification to remain in power, and must resign immediately if it has the slightest shame left. B.J.P. and other Hindutwa forces, no doubt, are notorious for fanning communal fire, but I always hold the view that these so-called secular parties are always equally interested in the same dirty game for the sake of power politics. They are constituting one integrated whole - a truth which must dawn on Hindus and Muslims alike. Modi, no doubt , is responsible for the Gujrat Muslim carnage, but what about thousands of innocent Muslim youths languishing in jail on fake terror charges, while in U.P. for the last 20 years B.J.P. is not in power, and at Centre, it is the Congress government for the last decade.
