I created and sent this to every Mayor and all city police departments and the county sheriff in the county of Clinton County, Missouri. I put my name on the envelope and mailed it out. The goal is to get the law on my side, so when myself and others establish a common law court, and start going after corrupt, tyrannical elected officials in the county, we will have the support of the law.
