Wind Point says Dicoms co-founder, Peter Overing, will retire as chief executive officer but the rest of Dicoms management will stay in place. Dicoms new CEO, Scott Dobak, has worked 28 years in the trucking and delivery industry including at RoadRunner Transportation. Dicoms board will have several directors with experience at larger transportation companies including a former CEO of Purolator. Wind Point says it expects to grow Dicom through a robust acquisition program.
