UBU Gospel Entertainment The Eden Experience "Live On Top Of The World" Dear Sponsor: I am writing on behalf of You Be You Gospel Entertainment to request you as an individual or your company’s thoughtful consideration to be a corporate sponsor or event partner for our 2nd Annual All White Affair “The Eden Experience" This event will be held August 24, 2013 at 5 PM on the upper level of the Roanoke Gainsboro Garage. This dynamic event is open to the public as we are committed to building stronger communities and church families through unity and collective change for the betterment of the Roanoke City and surrounding areas. Local recording artists will be featured throughout the evening along with other notable performances. This is indeed an opportunity to embrace, nurture, recognize and inspire the diverse talented individuals from our region. As a sponsor, your organization will be given special placement via a large “Sponsors Display Banner” at this public event for the purpose of marketing and advertisement. Additionally, your organization will be announced as a sponsor during the radio advertisement portion of this event. For this event, we are seeking CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS of $100 or more. Two complimentary tickets will be included with each sponsors package. These tickets may be distributed as you choose. EVENT PARTNERSHIPS are also being formed for donations of supplies and/or lesser monetary values. All sponsor and partner contributions will be used to help cover the cost of hosting the event.
