UDENU 2013........ BARR AMECHI NWODO, the secretary UDENU local government council emerged as the choice PDP CANDIDATE for the forth coming election. His nomination which came after high profile meetings by the stakeholders of the party and a further interface with party members has been greeted with joy and warm reception. Reacting to the nomination Udenu Youth Dialogue, a political pressure group described it "as a fitting choice and a healthy development" stating that "Barr Nwodo having been in the system in addition to his mien candor is best suited for the job". The group rued the fact that all previous administrations had failed to deliver on the minimum expectations of the people. It went to say that Amaechi haven demonstrated high level of principledness and efficacy needed to drive development. is well cut out for the job. In conclusion the group commended the the stakeholders and the good people of UDENU for their wisdom in arriving at that choice, calling on rabble rousers and political hunters to allow peace reign as politics is not a do or die affair. This nomination brings to an end the cut throat competition, brickmanship and even blackmail that had been the highpoint of the day
