UGH! SO FRUSTRATED!!! I COULD KEEP THOUGHTS TO MYSELF BUT WHAT ELSE IS FACEBOOK FOR BUT TO RANT?!? SO... If you claim to know how to make Mexican enchiladas then you must know that YOU DONT USE TOMATOES to make the sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Authentic Mexican enchilada sauce is made out of chiles with NOOOOOOOO tomatoes are involved!!! Oh, and they are made using CORN tortillas NOT flour!!! Use flour and it will be a burrito, which by the way is NOT even a Mexican dish!!! ANOTHER COMPLAINT!!! If you are making carne asada tacos and you are not making your own tortillas, then the least you can do is heat up the tortillas on the griddle! DONT TAKE THE TORTILLA STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE AND THINK THAT YOU CAN JUST ADD THE MEAT AND SAY ITS A TACO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, DISGUSTING!!! **Breathing** I mean, come on... I guess in the end people can cook the way they want to but please if you claim to cook Mexican, then be authentic or make up a name for your dish... but please, dont call it Mexican!!! Ok, just I feel better now! :) What do you expect when you watch American cooking shows??? :/
