UGHHHHHHHHH... I had someone say that they dont believe in weight loss products in reference to Plexus!!!!! PLEAAAAAAASSSSSEEEEE, if you have been watching me over the last 16 months you know I would NEVER ever again take or ever promote a weight loss product!!!!!! Been there done that and got a gazillion T-shirts!! You name the fad diet I have tried it!! This is the first time EVER I have tried and now paired up with a product company that makes me healthy and not food deprived or eating a pound of a slab of meat a day to be healthier!! (Although I have lost 30 lbs and I have kept it off) just sayin 😉❤️ The biggest reason I LOOOOVE Plexus is because people change their eating and exercise habits naturally once they start the Pink drink, Probio5, Biocleanse and Xfactor and Block!! (those are the fab 5 I take daily for optimal HEALTH!!!) If you are a person that has enough self control to lose weight by eating clean and working out, then KUDOS to you!! That truly is WONDERFUL and Ill be the first to congratulate you. BUT...the sad truth is that 80% of Americans are NOT doing that as evidenced by our overweight/ obesity rate. And I have learned so much about weight loss over the past year. Blood sugar issues, gut health issues and vitamin deficiencies play a HUUUUUGE role...if these arent dealt with, it makes it extremely difficult for someone with one or more of these issues to lose weight EVEN WHILE EATING CLEAN & EXERCISING.
