And the more one thinks of it the more it gets complicated for Uhuru, most of the people who think they are helping Uhuru are just making it worse. Did you keenly listen to UHURUS defense counsel submission? It was shallow! i tend to think they had sufficient ground to make a very convincing argument on acquittal courtesy of prosecution lapses, but they did not...was it deliberate or mediocrity? The ICC has a strategy that most blind bigots cannot see. The prosecutor would like to seperate emotions between the two cases. Many did not notice that , Rutos corroborating evidence is already at the ICC after enthusiastically being delivered by PNU and uhurus suppoters I think Fatou Bensouda, and her team scored. They succeeded in painting Uhurus defence team in bad light. They succeeded to show that the institution required by law to provide information of which Uhuru is the head is uncooperative. Remember its this institution called Kenya Government which referred the cases to ICC fully aware it would required to cooperate. They succeeded and with the help of Uhurus defence team to create enough ground to consciousness towards that stand by the government of Kenya. The Telephone records request and the counter-arguments proved the Uhuru team insincere and tactless.
