UHURUS IMPERIAL DECREE It is apparent that President Uhuru Kenyatta will rule and not lead Kenya. He is no longer interested in the pledge to Kenyans that he will lead them as the elected President. But also it depends on whether His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta freely and fairly won the Presidential Election of March 4, 2013 or whether as contested by Hon. Raila Odinga in the Supreme Court, His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta rigged the March 4, 2013 Presidential Elections. If His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta won in a free and fair manner the March 4, 2013 Presidential Elections, then he will lead Kenya. But if His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta fell prey of the later schemes, machinations and so cheated Kenyans on their votes, he can do no otherwise than to rule the people by decrees. More apparent is this fact that President Uhuru Kenyatta will rule through IMPERIAL DEGREES ACCEPTANCE & SUPPORT When sections of the Kenyan Society accept and back His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta on such issues that he and his deputy will decree, then the people of Kenya will soon be in the trouble of falling into a dictatorship of these YOUNG TURKS that they will never come out again. One should have followed to understand the tone in which His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta talked to Parastatal Chiefs yesterday ordering them to have their Salaries reduced by 20%. And one should have followed to hear the repercussions that await the parastatal CEOs when they will not adhere with the ORDERS given by His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, to reduce their Salaries; Knowing very well that his orders are illegal and do not premise on any law that is within Kenya. His Excellency Uhuru Kenyattas present orders are IMPERIAL DECREES that are a recipe of DICTATORSHIP in our very presence. The manner in which the deputy President, a very intelligent Kenyan of enviable credentials will support the President simply because he is his appointee or perhaps we may never know, is a telling of the very dangerous position Kenyans will be falling into. Only Raila Amolo Odinga is the audible critic of the Presidents misdirected, miscalculated decrees. Someone should listen to the elected leaders who represent Constituencies of the Rift Valley Counties. Someone should listen to Senator James Orengo all talking in the issue of Public Servants having to reduce Salaried by the order of His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta. Only the other day His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, created 1. Directorate to spearhead a useless Laptop project. Think of the billions of Kenyan money that staffers in that project will be paid. 2. Directorate of Manyumba Kumi where His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta only wanted to please his close friend Kaguthi by giving him a job. As equally, think of the billions of Kenyan money that staffers in that project will be paid. These projects should be scraped out first to save Kenya money. Then Kenya people may think of creating more industries and revamping the Agricultural Sector. Speak Kenyans. Do not keep quiet to find yourselves being in dictatorship for the next 40 years. Who is ready? SPEAK. Tell the President his mistake. When you love a person, critic his wrongdoings. Only when you hate him dont tell him where he is wrong, allow him to stumble.
