UNDERSTANDING IN MARRIAGE. Many a times, we are often that of need for understanding in marriage, but inspite of that there are still crises in marriage it may be as a result of ignorance of the components of understanding in marriage. The things to understand in marriage include: 1. PECULIARITY: Have a good comprehension of the peculiar nature of your spouse or spouse to be. 2. POTENTIAL: There is need to know the potential and possibilities of your spouse. 3. PREDICAMENT: know the usual challenges your spouse is having like ill health, weakness, besetting sin etc and work together to ameliorate or eradicate if possible. 4. POSSESSION: What are the things your partner or spouse appreciatie and takes delight to acquire? 5. PARTNERS: There is need to understand the partners in business, colleagues and friends of your spouse. 6. PARENTS: Have knowledge of the disposition and disparities of your spouse parents and their religious inclination. 7. PRIESTLY BELIEF: Here we are looking at the doctrines, dogmas and religious conviction. 8. PHYSICIAN: Do your spouse have a doctor to himself or herself that do take care of his or her peculiar health challenge? Find out and get close to the doctor. 9. POWERLESS STATE: This is about his or her limitation, the extent he or she can execute a given task. 10. PASSION: What is his driving force or what is he or she passionate about? Is it music, preaching, sports, etc. Find out. If it is godly encourage but if it is ungodly discourage with wisdom. NOTE: This post is needed mostly by intending couples.
