UP Clarks Transfer Date to Its New Campus: Lately, Im being asked repeatedly when UP Clark is going to transfer to its new academic building and campus along Ramon Magsaysay Avenue Extension, Clark Freeport Zone. Unfortunately, I have no definite date to give. Im still waiting for the As-Built Plan from our contractor and the UPD Office of the Campus Architect, and Engr. Guillermo Navarro Zabanal is scheduled to apply for a Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI) only on October 13, 2014. The As-Built Plan and the CEI are requirements in applying for a permanent power connection at Clark Electric Distribution Corporation. At kung hihintayin pa nating magawa ang lahat ng gusto nyong magawa sa building at site development, baka di na talaga tayo makalipat. Opinyon ko lamang ito bilang head ng building and facilities committee at di ko na siguro kalilangan pang kumuha muna ng permisyon sa mga administrador ng Clark o Diliman para ipahayag.
