UPDATE!!! - The Indiana counties in red are still refusing to issue licenses in direct violation of Judge Youngs orders, and even after AG Zoeller late last night issued guidance to ALL the Clerks in the state to respect the judges decision/order and the law! There is a sit-in and protest going on right now in Bartholomew County (Columbus, IN - a Republican town!) They need to be threatened with a lawsuit! Especially now that AG Zoeller told them to abide by the ruling! That worked yesterday in a county in southern Indiana near the Ohio river. ANYONE who lives in a county refusing you a license, you need to get on the phone with the Indiana ACLU - NOW!!! Ask them to phone or visit your county and threaten to SUE! Tippecanoe Co (Layfayette/Purdue University) was denying licenses until the ACLU threatened them with a lawsuit today! GET IN LINE AND STAY IN LINE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR LICENSE!
