UPDATE 10PM - After monitoring radar, satellite imagery, and other observations the chances for precipitation east of the crest are not looking good tonight. The precipitation band is weakening quickly as it approaches the crest and the moisture associated with it is meager at best. We still anticipate slick road conditions for the Sierra passes, especially Interstate 80, and highways 50, 88, 89. Most, if any accumulations, will be west of highway 89 and only a couple of inches possible at best. Western Nevada may see some flurries, but no accumulating snow is expected.
