UPDATE 4/21: Court adjourned for the day a little while ago! We heard testimony from retired officer Lisa Waring, who was the officer who handled Cecily after Bovell did the initial arrest. There was also some dispute about whether or not Cecilys lawyers can show multiple videos of the seizure, because according to the prosecution that is cherrypicking evidence rather than trying to show multiple angles. After around an hour of watching the videos and deliberating without the jury present, Judge Zweibel ruled that they can use one whole video and parts of the other two. There will be no court tomorrow due to a jurors prior engagement, but we will be back in session on Wednesday at 9:30am! Thanks to all who came throughout the day!
