UPDATE: Channel 12 news is investigating the story with the baby cereal. Perrigo Industries has contacted me since and they wanted us to know that they take all investigations very seriously. They will be going through the sample from the lot number I provided to ensure it is not contaminated and will be checking their factory as well as other samples. Walmart has also called me and wants to send me $5 for the cereal and an additional $100 gift card for my troubles. I was never interested in the money, I just wanted to inform parents since I was so close to feeding it to my child. I do not know if it has been recalled at this time.
