UPDATE: Councilman Greenwells office just got back in contact with me and said the PUD, originally made in 1986 was for either single family or multi family dwellings. So it is already approved. This is Bad news. I was given the contact information for Continentals Legal Representative, David Box 405-232-0080. We can call his office and speak to them about our concerns with the proposed development. They can have 8 apartments per unit and up to 30 units per acre. That is a lot of units! I will be calling the office tomorrow after I compose some well thought out questions. Any suggestions are more than welcome. If anything maybe we can negotiate THEM build a higher brick wall on the South end of our neighborhood. This is just a thought and may be way out of line, but I will be asking. We really need to get our HOA in gear and released back over to us where we can make this sort of thing official!
