UPDATE FROM SPINAL SPECIALIST: Confirmed my vertebra L-1 is fractured. Not much can be done it will "Heal" on its own". They put me in a Lumbar "Corset" Brace. This will help to limit my movements and hopefully speed up the recovery/healing. In the meantime no lifting/bending/squatting. So in 6-8 weeks I should be good to go. Did not ask him about riding my bike just sort of figured if it does not hurt to get on/off then it would probably be ok. The true test will be sleeping (or not) tonight.
