UPDATE: I received an email from the DA... He informed me that almost all the interviews r completed..the last two individuals that he needed to talk to had moved out of Manhattan immediately after Jordan died(hmmm , imagine that) and they had finally been able to locate them. The depositions are complete. They opted to send several items collected from Jordans vehicle to the KBI for a more complete analysis instead of just relying on a field test, this included DNA testing. This will tell them who exactly was involved with Jordans death. Those reports were due in this past week. After receiving and going over all the evidence and interviews, the DA can then determine, using applicable law , what charges can be applied. I ask you all for all your prayers, more than ever..that Justice for Jordan can finally be served..I apologize for not updating anything before, but as you all know, the wheels of justice turn slowly and I dont want to give anybody false hope..I can only pray and hope that everything weve done so far will let them that we will not stop until this is resolved. I say we cause I hope you all are still standing with me in my battle to find some kind of closure for all of us that loved Jordan so much. On a weekly basis, with my calls,I have reminded the DA of your love for Jordie and I can promise you all that I will not stop..thank you and love you all!
