UPDATE: Jamie still resting peacefully. As a family, there were some things that we collectively decided NOT to post on Facebook, but you all have been so good to us and we know how hard it is to worry and not know exactly whats going on, so my mother - in - law wanted me to let you all know a few other hurdles that we had to overcome over the past couple of days. The results from Jamie s original ct scan on Tuesday were disappointing. There was a subdural hematoma on the right side of the brain over to the left (8mm). When they took her into surgery yesterday morning to take another look at her liver, they also had a neurologist perform surgery to remove the blood. Now the GOOD NEWS.... There is no ACTIVE bleeding on her brain, she is weakly responding to commands. She opened her eyes a little this morning for nurse when her name was called and shes giving thumbs up. She was taken in for another ct scan this morning, but we havent gotten the results yet. JAMIE IS AMAZMING! GOD IS AMAZMING! Shes coming back to us, shes just taking her time.
