.....UPDATE ON BUDDY.... I spoke with the Director of our local Humane Society. Bad news. Im going to need an Attorney. There was no written agreement about surrendering the dog and I didnt follow proper protocol. I didnt realize I had to report the neglect to animal control. Therefore, there is no written documentation of any kind. Im frustrated, exhausted and depressed and do not want to waste time and money on a losing battle. Thank you all for your support, encouraged and love for us. Im still going to court to try to get reimbursed for vet and well being care. Ill keep you posted in any event. Hugs to all.
