UPDATE ON THE CHOW CHOW PUPPIES FOR SALE THAT WAS REPORTED RECENTLY: Re my telephone conversation yesterday with your ?? Inspector giving me an update.. Complaint letter to them I have now sent below: Thank you so much for investigating the contents of the video with Mr ??. However I am not very happy with the outcome but then I didnt know what to expect really how it would turn out! I know this Video was used as an evil cruel act to get prospective buyers attention and it does effectively work, but I do have concerns if this family truly know what is right and what is wrong.. AND if the dogs are truly Ok. There was clearly a welfare issue here? I understand the Rspca have to follow procedures/guidelines and that they have limited powers/resources but I find this all totally unacceptable behaviour especially the MOTHER cheering her young boys on and the poor Chow pup literally trying to get away from them, she had no where to escape. People/the Media wonder why Dogs attack children. It is then too late the damage is done and the Dog cannot speak up for itself. I was very pleased the address was correct but I think I would have been satisfied had you seen the dogs and confirmed they were actually Ok. Yes I do understand you cannot go into these homes, you do not have the powers and your conversation was literally on their DOORSTEP but surely you could have asked nicely to bring the pups to the door.. Let me see Bear and her sister?? YES you said you had a lengthy discussion on their doorstep with them and you pointed it out that the video was inappropriate and YES they agreed and apologised but the damage was done you cannot undo it with an apology. But then again I would have been very surprised IF the dogs were actually in their home to see as they Breed several other Pedigree Dogs and is blatantly obvious BREEDING is a source of income where profit comes before the health and welfare of both Mum and pups. I just feel that all the people I got involved to obtain information to help the Rspca with their enquires to deal with this evil family was just a waste of complete time, and I feel totally let down, but most importantly the 2 innocent Chow Chow puppies in all of this was certainly let down by the system. I am sure these people will continue and find other ways/methods to advertise in the future has they were Banned by two Websites yesterday. They are very cunning indeed and they know how to clearly dodge the Law. E. B
