UPDATE! Rescue requires donations, fosters and most importantly here at LNPB due to the nature of our rescues, a lot of prayers! We asked for prayers ( and trust me when I tell you that Boris needs a holiday miracle) and one more time our prayers were answered! Boris is a Cocker Spaniel and as you can see, is frail, horrible dental disease, unaltered, weak, blind, has trouble walking, he is deaf and he is emaciated beyond words HOWEVER he is not in any pain and is stable and resting comfortably. His blood work showed a high WBC, low RBC (anemic) AND his kidneys and liver are FINE, his heart is good and Doc could not find any lumps/masses and tumors upon exam! I do believe we may have another Brian and BBP in the house HOWEVER Boris is a lot more serious due to his age (14-15 years old). He ate like food was going out of style, bless his heart so Doc is holding off placing him on IVs. This is indeed a case of absolute NEGLECT and I am mortified that any human being could ever, ever allow this to happen! Boris is by no means out of the woods HOWEVER for now his condition is guarded, he is stable and has begun treatment, he is safe from all harm, loved and he now knows how much his life matters! Here at LNPB the rescue never ends with the pull! Please continue to raise your paws in prayer
