UPDATE: Ski Butternut will be OPEN Dec. 23rd regular hours. The Mtn. will be CLOSED for 1-day (Wed. Dec. 24th). We are closing the slopes in an effort to preserve the excellent snow conditions that we currently enjoy. The threat of Thunder & Lightning on the 24th would make it unsafe for guests to be on the chairlifts. The mountain will Re-Open on Thursday, Dec. 25th as the storm will have passed. Ski Lifts will run 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Christmas Day, while our Tubing Center will operate 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The mountain looks forward to opening additional trails for the weekend of Dec. 27th – 28th. The mountain will resume regular operating hours on Dec. 26th operating 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. for skiing. Tubing will run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. These hours will continue through the end of the Christmas holiday period. Jan. 2nd.
