UPDATE: Still having internet speed issues. Another technician out yesterday with 15 years experience from DTC, my phone company/internet provider. He tested line before getting here and said it was like new, great signal. Then he found out too on his computer the speeds were slow, not good. Hes never seen anything like it in 15 years. A computer programmer friend suggested I turn my smart phone off to eliminate likelihood of interference, well I just finished testing internet with phone off this morning ...... still same problems and this effects my smart phone wireless speed. Then, theres apple computer support problems. Ive spoken to 3 nice and knowledgeable SENIOR tech support staff trying to get my applications like Imovie updated. Still some kind of password issues. NOT cool. They even promised to get back to me, havent heard back from them. Note: in the last 2 years Ive had to call Verizon about 400 times trying to get my phone to work right. Then, on Sunday I get a text message from them trying to charge me $40.00 more for data overages. Not cool. Well, I called them about that and put my foot down. Fortunately, they quickly decided to refund my account. I feel like Im on the internet superhighway with a speed limit of 70mp going 15 mph, pulling a trailer with a wheel missing on the right side. HEY, things could be worse. PRESS ON .... The good news is Im not giving up yet :-)
