◆◆◆◆UPDATE ◆◆◆◆ The deceased person found on Wind Lake 06/23/14 has been identified as David R. Gross. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim died from drowning. The Racine County Sheriffs Office continues to investigate the incident. On 06-23-2014 the Racine County Communications Center took a 911 cell call from a boater out on Wind Lake that stated that they had located a body in the water that appeared to be a deceased male. Upon the arrival of first responders on scene it was confirmed that the body located in the water was a deceased male. With the assistance of the Racine County Water Rescue Team the male body was removed from the water and was found to be that of a 34 year old Village of Waterford resident. The Racine County Medical Examiners Office was on scene and pronounced the victim deceased on scene. T
