UPDATE: The info I get is changing by the minute... now the rescue is saying Well, she didnt let us know because I (the pres) was having surgery. But then a minute later they are saying she really didnt have permission. They say THEY only pull from WV but that she pulls from other shelters, but under their name. IF you are allowing someone to pull under your rescue then your rescue IS pulling the dog. Which is why you should not give someone permission to pull without your knowledge. I am honestly confused... I do have this in a pm from the rescue: 10:28am Hope for Hannah Rescue Hi, I am a volunteer for the rescue and knew nothing about this dog. This was all Peggy, she is a volunteer with many organizations, we cannot understand why or how Hope for Hannahs name is tied with it. We found out about this late last night. I also have a number for where the dog is and I have told the rescue I will not go away until I see this dog is safe with my own eyes. I am beginning to think that maybe they threw her under the bus just to CYA.
