UPDATE: This afternoon Doug is very alert this afternoon. Chrissy our aide is here to bath and clean him up. Vitals are all good. She has been telling him hunting stories and he is smiling at her. Of course I told a few on him too and he smiled about that. Waiting for someone to call in the prescription to CVS Pharmacy so we can get him started on the Tobramycin Nebs 300 MG twice a day. They will have to order it but can get it. I dont know if you read my post of Kathi Kupferschmid but the Nurse at the Dubuis Hospital told me she called the pharamacy and they didnt have the med and couldnt get the med. SO NOW I just have to have the doctor call in the script to them. I have left him a message. I went on the internet to check it all out. A year supply of this medicine is over $300,000. But would cost us $12.00 every 90 days thru the mail order. A 30 supply a CVS will be $5.00. The INTERNET guy had to replace the modem and something outside because I heard him drilling on the side of the house. He said something had shorted out but he checked the wiring and it was good. He said sometimes the wires gets chewed. So figure the lightning got into it. But we can handle stuff online again. You just cant imagine how much I use the computer for everyday life. It helped me to find out about his medication this morning. I do my banking and bill paying etc. Communicate etc. So it is good to have internet again. Dougs mom came this morning and visited and watched TV with us for over an hour. Hope everyone has a good evening.
