UPDATE: Well, it has been 2 weeks of my true OFFSEASON bulk =) I cant tell you how much I have gained at this point, but I believe around 10 lbs. I do not step on the scale and I do not stress about a specific number. I never really gave myself a break. I wanted to stay lean all year and all it was doing was hurting me. Why was this such a bad thing? Well, honestly, it is close to impossible to make improvements when you are constantly in a deficit. I was not allowing my body to use extra calories other than my occasional cheat meal, and my body was exhausted. i could not recall more than a FEW good lifting sessions in the gym for months because I couldnt find that strength. For the last week, my lifts have been amazing. I still eat my normal clean meals 5 times a day but I add in a lot of carbs now post workout and snack if I need it! I FEEL AMAZING!!!!!!! P.s. Cheesecake Factory tonight!! OH YEAH xoxo
